About me

As a Counselling Psychologist I can use different interventions and therapeutic approaches, including CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), Psychodynamic, and Person-Centred. These approaches have been found to be effective with a wide range of symptoms and can be used for short, problem-focused work or for longer-term psychotherapy.

My aim is to empower you and enhance your self-awareness, to help you develop ways to address your concerns and thereby be more fulfilled in life

My experience

I worked sessionally at the Priory Hospital in Roehampton till June 2011. I have worked in a variety of settings, including GP surgeries, a prison, a women's centre, and for a borough council.
