About me
As a Counselling Psychologist I can use different interventions and therapeutic approaches, including CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), Psychodynamic, and Person-Centred. These approaches have been found to be effective with a wide range of symptoms and can be used for short, problem-focused work or for longer-term psychotherapy.
My aim is to empower you and enhance your self-awareness, to help you develop ways to address your concerns and thereby be more fulfilled in life
To see a fuller description of the above therapeutic models, click on the page 'About Psychotherapy'.
My experience
I currently work sessionally at the Priory Hospital in Roehampton. I have worked in a variety of settings, including GP surgeries, a prison, a women's centre, and for a borough council.
Where you can find me
My home practice is within 15 minutes' walking distance of Berrylands Train Station, and near to bus stops from New Malden, Kingston, Tolworth and Surbiton . There is plenty of parking outside.
